FREE Lecture by Prof. Kate Pickett on Inequality and Childhood
FREE LECTURE: Failing the Future – Childhood in an Unequal World by Professor Kate Pickett
Professor Kate Pickett will be giving the second Annual Richard Wilkinson Lecture on Thursday 29th November in central London. Her topic will be “Failing The Future: Childhood in an Unequal World”. This event is run in association with our good friends at the Faculty of Population Health Sciences at UCL.
This will be an unmissable event for anyone who wants to understand how inequality impacts the lives of children and younger people and, by implication, the future for all of us.
Professor Pickett will draw on her extensive work on child wellbeing and inequality, to bring us “Failing the Future: Childhood in an Unequal World”.
This public lecture is free for anyone to attend and light refreshments will be provided. The lecture will be held at the UCL Great Ormond Street Institute for Child Health in association with UCL’s Faculty of Population Health Sciences.
